On Sunday I met a group of three families at Thomas Christmas Tree Farm in North Gower. Believe it or not, last year was the first year I’d ever had a real Christmas tree in my house, and it was purchased from a grocery store. So this was a whole new experience for me, and I’ve got to say, it was a lot of fun! I can definitely see how families make this a tradition every year. The tree farm had an outdoor fire going, hot chocolate and cookies, play areas for kids, and — of course — rows and rows of trees. The smell was addictive!
The Chapman family went with navy blue, jean, white and black outfits, and since the whole family shares vibrant blue eyes, it was a great choice! Their little guy wanted nothing to do with my camera, so we had our work cut out for us! But they were great sports about it. The thing with trying to get pictures with your toddler is that you never know how they’re going to be feeling that day. And while I don’t have one myself, I can sympathize with that! But there’s no judgement from me, and I’ve yet to have a session that we get no usable images, even if they’re not perfectly-posed ;)
So, let me introduce the Chapman family!
