I don’t think these Dominion Arboretum engagement photos could be any more amazing. Juliet and Evan are getting married this fall in Winchester, ON and wanted some variety for their portraits, and so I suggested timing them for spring at Ottawa’s Aboretum. It can be really busy there when the blossoms are at their peak. But the site is huge, so while parking can be a challenge, it’s not hard to find some private space. I’d only been there for summer engagement portraits previously, but we timed peak blossoms perfectly! What a great spring it’s been!

This was our first time meeting in person, and it was great hearing how they met (online!) and their plans for their September wedding. It was such a beautiful night that we wandered all over the grounds, finding some new areas that I’d never been to before. You can tell that Juliet and Evan are really comfortable and affectionate with each other. I can’t wait to see them married!
