On a sticky evening in July I met Kate and Matt for their summer engagement portraits at the Ottawa Arboretum. These two had a crazy busy spring with new jobs and finishing their new construction home on top of wedding planning. Their wedding is only one month away and they are so excited!

We walked around the large urban park chasing the sun, visiting some of my favourite locations. Matt and Kate are both very expressive people, which makes them naturals in front of a camera! I’m looking forward to their backyard wedding in just a few short weeks!
